Article 6 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:
Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.
Everyone is everywhere a person in law. The legal system, namely all the rules of a community, wouldn’t exist without this central role of the person. Person before the law is here respect for the person, an ontological right, that belongs to human being. There are still many cases in the world in which this doesn’t happen.
Therefore it’s pressing to make all territorial, national and supranational communities aware of this question. For a common prosperity and added value for everyone.
